Lyndsey Gibbons

Lyndsey Gibbons is a Reiki Master Teacher, energy practitioner and facilitator. A deep feeler for as long as she can remember, Lyndsey has always felt a strong connection to the energy of the people and spaces around her. When Reiki came into her life, so much of what she had experienced finally began to make sense.

Reiki became an important part of her spiritual journey, deepening her connection to herself, her intuition and the way she moves through the world. Today, she brings that lived experience into her teaching, creating grounded, intuitive spaces for others to explore their own relationship with Reiki, energy and spirituality. Her work is also shaped by more than twenty years experience in mental health and her experience with nervous system support, breathwork, somatic practices, sound and other healing modalities.
